We take pride on our authentic, affordable, mountain lifestyle. There’s no “fluff” around here like you might see in other ski towns. Yes we do have some well known and wealthy residents, but they aren’t the type who flaunt their wealth, they’re the kind who drive beat up pick up trucks, wear wrangler jeans, and shop at the same grocery stores as anyone else.
Traffic Ease:
When it comes to traffic, we feel pretty lucky! Located just an hour and a half from Denver, we have perhaps the least amount of time on I-70 of any of the mountain towns around us. Plus, with the new I-70 Express lane, we are blessed with one of the least traffic feel pretty blessed to have one of the commutes with the least congestion.
