7 Reasons we LOVE our Community
We LOVE our Grand County Community! It is more than just a destination, it truly is a lifestyle. Here are just seven of the many reasons we LOVE our community! We’re fairly certain that if you come check it out for yourself and experience it, you will love our community too!

Ask anyone…or just visit. People in the Winter Park area are friendly, down to earth, kind, and welcoming. If you don’t know where to go, ask. If you lost something, chances are someone will turn it in. People are happy, in love with their surroundings, and ready to share the Winter Park experience with those who are visiting.
2. The Pet Friendly Atmosphere
We love our pets just as much as the rest of you. Swing by our office on any given day and chances are you’ll run into one or two of our four-legged family members. We’re not the only ones here who feel that way either. Restaurants, banks, stores, even the parking lots at the resorts, all welcome leashed four-legged friends.
