The company that started Grand Park is Cornerstone Holdings, LLC, a group of experienced professionals who bring 30 years of experience in real estate, investment and development to the table, having designed and built remarkable resort communities across the United States. Most recently, Chaparral, a high-end equestrian ranch just outside of Aspen, Colorado and Kealia Kai, an oceanfront resort on the north shore of Kauai, Hawaii.

Cornerstone is known for thoughtful, eco-conscious design that pays attention to the spaces people live and work in, as well as building with exceptional quality and lasting value. More than just builders and developers, we have a long history of support for the communities we become involved with. Our success stems from long-term community partnerships and the mutual passion for making things better.
