THE VILLAGE IS EMERGING...The first buildings have set the stage for a remarkable pedestrian village with a variety of businesses, high quality mountain architecture and a seamless integration with the natural surroundings. Set in the park is the Grand Park Farmer's Market, held every Saturday from 10:00 to 3:00 through Sept. 3, which plays off the fresh ingredients and unique offerings of The Village's Market and neighboring Cafe. The Winter Park Market offers gluten-free items, local produce, vitamins and supplements, allergy-free foods and traditional groceries. For specialty items and gourmet gifts, look in the Colorado Corner for local foods from around the state.

The Winter Park Cafe is best known for its amazing homemade soups and healthy smoothies. However, many come in for the gelato, paninis and homemade pastries. They offer traditional fare as well, including sandwiches, salads, coffee, tea and a special kids menu.

In keeping with the eco-friendly nature of the store, the Market operates a fuel station with E-85 and Nitrogen Enriched gasolines by Shell. Next to the fuel station is a brand new car wash (right).

Located in the same building is Grand Park's new Information Center and CENTURY 21 Winter Park Real Estate. Both offices are open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Across the street is the new Grand Park Community Recreation Center. At approximately 48,000 square feet, the rec center includes a tot pool, lazy river, waterslide, lap pool, whirl pool, aerobics studio, weight room, gymnasium, running/walking track, drop-in childcare and more.



In addition to these exciting new ventures, The Village will be the vibrant heart of the community, tying the surrounding neighborhoods together with winding trails and tree-lined sidewalks. The Village captures the spirit of the old west, modeled after traditional 18th century main streets with a modern mountain twist. Once completed, The Village will be unlike anything previously seen in the Fraser Valley, providing world-class shopping and dining experiences.
