At Grand Park, we believe there is always good work to be done. We’re committed to our guiding principle of community enhancement and are always looking for ways to give back to the community we live and work in. The Cornerstone Community Foundation does just that, making meaningful contributions of personal involvement and long-term financial support. Programs especially close to our hearts promote recreation, education, culture and conservation. We’ve partnered with organizations such as the Fraser River Valley Lions Club, the Grand Foundation, the Winter Park Horseman's Association and Grand Kids, and will continue partnerships with other organizations to continue making a positive impact on the greater community.

The Cornerstone Community Foundation began with an initial donation of $500,000 from Cornerstone Winter Park Holdings, now Grand Park Development. The Foundation also receives a .25% transfer fee on the sale of all Leland Creek and Grand Park real estate, providing a steady stream of funding. As a 501(c)3, the Foundation will make annual contributions while the principal grows, powering the Foundation to do more good in the future.
