Grand Park is located in the Fraser Valley just 67 miles northwest of Denver at the base of the Continental Divide. The Valley is surrounded by Arapaho National Forest and three Wilderness Areas: Indian Peaks, Byers Peak and Vasquez. Nearby Rocky Mountain National Park has 265,727 acres of natural land and wildlife habitat. The Fraser River runs though the valley and along side the community of Grand Park.
Grand Park's 1,700 acres are bordered by the Town of Winter Park, the Town of Fraser, Arapaho National Forest and Highway 40. To access Grand Park from Denver, travel on I-70 west to Exit 232 toward Granby. Continue over Berthoud Pass through the Town of Winter Park.
The new Information Center is located on the north end of Winter Park in The Village at Grand Park. The Model Home is located off Old Victory Road between Winter Park and Fraser. It is the green home on the corner of Old Victory Road and Meadow Trail.
